Delivery in Lithuania:

Enjoy free delivery within Lithuania on orders over 300 EUR. For orders below 300 EUR, a 3 EUR shipping fee applies. Packages are conveniently delivered to your selected Omniva parcel machine.

Delivery within Lithuania typically takes 2–5 working days.

Shipping Cost for Other Countries:

The shipping costs vary depending on your location. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout based on the destination country.

Delivery Time in Europe:

For orders within Europe, the estimated delivery time is around 2 to 10 working days from the date of purchase.

Delivery Time in Other Countries:

For orders outside of Europe, the estimated delivery time is approximately 5 to 21 working days from the date of purchase.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and we will not be held responsible for any unpredictable delays. For security reasons, all online purchases require a signature upon delivery. Upon receipt, please inspect the package to ensure that the number of boxes matches the document and that the product is not damaged, wet, or tampered with in any way. If there is any damage, please notify us immediately by emailing info@christeta.com. In case the product is damaged, do not use or wear it or remove any tags or packaging if possible.

Return Conditions

Refund Period:

You have the right to request a refund within 14 days from the date of receiving the item. This applies to all orders, whether they are from Lithuania or other countries.

Item Condition:

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, without any damage, signs of wear, or alteration. Please ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damage during the return shipping.

Return Shipping Costs:

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. You will be responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping fees.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund using the same payment method used for the initial purchase. Please note that it may take 5-14 days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
